How We Use Your Information

File Handling

Files you upload are processed exclusively for transcription purposes. They are not stored permanently on our servers after processing is complete.

Your audio and video files are deleted from our systems as soon as the transcription job finishes.

Supabase — database and authentication
Groq — AI transcription processing
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
FingerprintJS — browser identification for fraud prevention
Vercel — frontend hosting
Railway — backend hosting

We retain your account data (email, credit balance) for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
